Bluffton University provides student-use computers in many locations around campus, including common areas of the dorms. Bluffton strongly encourages students to bring their own computers to campus.  Access to digital information is an important part of all academic programs and students who want to work in their room with 24-hour access should bring their own computer. Many students choose to bring a laptop. If you will be purchasing a computer, we encourage you to review our Student Technology recommendations beforehand.

Because we recognize the importance of common software tools for a successful academic program, Bluffton University is pleased to provide Microsoft Office to all currently enrolled students for use on their personal computers. Registered students can download Office free of charge (for both PC and Mac) by logging in with your Bluffton University credentials Please contact the Help Desk if you have questions or need support.
