Riley Court Apartments

Originally built in 1969, Hauenstein and Hirschler Halls in Riley Court were renovated into campus apartments in fall 2016. There are six suites, each housing six students. Apartments are open to house both men and women, divided by suites. Each suite has a full kitchen, spacious common area, washer and dryer.

Upper classmen that have the opportunity to live in the apartment buildings will get a unique experience, helping them to develop skills that they will use after graduation. For example, suitemates will need to work together to furnish and arrange their common area. Students housed in the apartments are also able to select a 5-meal plan, giving them the opportunity to cook their own meals.

Each apartment has the following:

  • Full kitchen with refrigerator, sink and stove
  • Laundry facilities in each unit

Each bedroom in the apartment houses two students and  includes the following for each resident:

  • Cable tv jack
  • Network data connection
  • Desk & chair
  • Bed
  • Closet
  • Dresser
