Homecoming and Alumni Weekend

Friday, Oct. 20 - Sunday, Oct. 22, 2023

Everyone is invited back for Homecoming and Alumni Weekend. Save the date to enjoy campus tours, food trucks, Beaver Tail-Gating, inflatables, athletic events and friends!

Registration includes a ticket to the football game on Saturday, a Homecoming 2023 t-shirt, meal ticket for Saturday's Food Truck Extravaganza, access to inflatables and zip line.

Adult registration - $25
Child (ages 5-17) registration - $15

Registration is required for all events. Register by Sept. 16 to guarantee your t-shirt size.

Friday, Oct. 20

5 p.m.	Back to the Village! Explore some of your favorite Bluffton village spots! Eat dinner at Kira’s, Campito Lindo, The Twisted Wisk or the Dough Hook! You can also catch an evening movie at the Shannon Theater and pick up some Bluffton flavored Shirley’s popcorn!
8-10 p.m.	Reunion Zero Members of the Class of 2023 are invited back to campus for their Reunion Zero at Southgate Lanes. Enjoy bowling, an outside patio with sand volleyball courts and the chance to see your classmates! Food and drinks of your choice are available for purchase.
7 p.m.	Volleyball vs. Hanover Copeland Court, Sommer Center
6 p.m.	Swim vs. Hiram Lima YMCA

Saturday, Oct. 21

9 a.m.- 1 p.m.	Check in table, Salzman Stadium Pick up your registration packet including Homecoming t-shirt, Homecoming access wristband, meal ticket for the Food Truck Extravaganza and your game ticket.
8:30 a.m.	Back to the village! Back to the Village continues all day Saturday!
8:30 a.m. - Noon	Bluffton Farmers Market The farmers market is located in Citizens National Bank parking lot downtown Bluffton.
TBD	Campus bookstore, Marbeck Center Make sure to stop by the university bookstore and shop your favorite Bluffton gear.
10 a.m. - Noon	Art Show Reception with Kathleen Paul Grace Albrecht Gallery, Sauder Visual Arts Center Visit with the artist adn view her show "A Line is a Point."
10 a.m. - Noon	Knowlton Science Center Open House Explore the newly completed Austin E. Knowlton Science Center.
10 a.m. - 1 p.m.	Beaver Tail-Gating Join President Wood, alumni, students and guests for Beaver Tail-Gating. We will have activities such as cornhole, inflatables, a golf simulator, zipline and pictures with J. Denny and Jenny Beaver!
10 a.m. - 4 p.m.	Alumni Hospitality Room Come by the Musselman Library Reading Room for treats and conversation. If you would like to use the elevator, it can be accessed by the side door.
10:30 a.m.	Ultimate Frisbee Reunion Join other Ultimate Frisbee lovers on Library Lawn for an alumni Ultimate Frisbee game!
10:30 a.m.	Chapel Join alumnae Chalsi Campbell, campus pastor for worship and reflection in Yoder Recital Hall.
11 a.m.- 1 p.m.	Food Truck Extravaganza Using the meal ticket from your registration packet, you will be able to eat from a variety of food trucks at our Food Truck Extravaganza. Unregistered guests may pay cash.
11 a.m.	Softball alumnae reunion Purchase a Homecoming ticket for a t-shirt, food truck meal ticket and admission to the football tailgate activities and game.
11:30 a.m.	Alumni Reunions Join your classmates and friends inside Salzman Stadium. Meet under the tent at 11:30 a.m. for an all-alumni photographs.
1:30 p.m.	Football game vs. Manchester - GO BEAVERS!
6 p.m.	President’s Society Banquet This invitation-only event will be held following the completion of the football game. Alumni awardees and Hall of Fame inductees will be honored, as well as members of the President's Society.

Sunday, Oct. 22

2:30 p.m.	Fall Instrumental Concert Yoder Recital Hall
