Emerging student organization
Have an idea for a new student organization? Want to gauge interest or need to recruit more members before you can officially apply for New Organization status?
 
This form is used to obtain "temporary" student organization status to be able to reserve and use select facilities and services on campus and to post information about the group and activities on designated campus bulletin boards and posting areas.
 
Temporary status will only be granted for up to 60 days.
 
If you meet the following criteria you may apply for New Student Organization status:
  • Have at least 5 registered students interested in the organization 
  • Have at least one (1) faculty or staff advisor 
  • Must be student led 
  • Must be open to all students 
 
Submit the emerging student organization application to get started and get "temporary" status.
