Women's soccer assistant coach
Bachelor’s degree required and acceptance into Bluffton University’s Master of Business Administration/Master of Arts in Education program. Strong organizational, interpersonal and computer skills are required. Appropriate knowledge of collegiate women’s soccer.
As assistant coach, assist in providing coaching leadership during practices and during games, meets or matches. Recruiting and related responsibilities (i.e. phone calls, on and off campus athletic recruiting).
Other duties might include but are not limited to the following: assist with team travel, field preparation, equipment care and inventory, alumni relations or other duties to be assigned by the head coach.
The director of athletics will serve as the supervisor for secondary activities that can be added to fill out a GA’s load assignment throughout the year. Potential secondary responsibilities could be but are not limited to the following: facility duties, assist with event management, intramural program supervision and sports information assignments. These additional assignments are subject to qualifications and availability and will be determined by the director of athletics in consultation with respective head coaches.
Full tuition waiver with competitive stipend and room and board.
