We offer three graduate programs in business with foundations in leadership to help you achieve your professional goals.

You may complete your Bluffton Leadership MBA online in either 12 or 24 months. Meet with your classmates via videoconferenced classes one night a week (two nights a week for the 12-month program). 

Bluffton’s MBA is focused on leadership development and helping students understand management and leadership from a different perspective.

In addition, students can elect to add a concentration in:

  • Accounting and Financial Management
    The accounting and financial management concentration prepares students for leadership in the functional areas of finance and accounting in both for-profit and nonprofit contexts.  The content of these courses is related to the broad areas of responsibility of private and public accountants as well the needs of financial leaders.  
  • Health Care Management
    The health care management concentration will help students understand the economic and political environment of health care institutions, develop basic principles of health care financial management and familiarize themselves with the tools to understand and manage issues in the delivery of health care.

Bluffton’s MAOM focuses on preparing graduates to examine their roles not only within their organizations, but within a larger society, and encourages students to examine carefully the roles organizations play in an era of rapid global change. Classes are delivered one night a week through online videoconferencing. 

In addition to the MAOM courses, students can elect to add a concentration in:

  • Accounting and Financial Management

The Collaborative MBA focuses not only on the traditional skills of accounting and management, but emphasizes the concept of leadership for the common good.

The Collaborative MBA program includes

  • A short initial residency
  • Weekly live videoconferenced classes
  • An international study trip

The next cohort begins August 2021 with a Thursday to Sunday residency.
