Graduate programs in business

Choose the Master of Business Administration (MBA), MBA with a Health Care Management Concentration, or the Master of Arts in Organizational Management (MAOM) to expand your business-related opportunities. Our own assistant professor of business, J. Peter Suter, decided Bluffton’s Master of Arts in Organizational Management fit his professional development needs. Now, he uses what he learned to teach the undergraduate senior capstone course, Christian Values in a Global Community. Suter says that “by working with other markets, we have an opportunity to see how others do things and appreciate that there may be better ideas available than just ours.”

Graduate programs in education

As Ohio teachers are required to obtain a master’s degree within 10 years after receiving a bachelor’s degree, many choose Bluffton’s Master of Arts in Education (MAEd), Ohio’s “best value” in quality graduate teacher education. Dr. Gayle Trollinger, Bluffton University associate dean of academic affairs, says, “We collaborate with practicing teachers, administrators and the Ohio Department of Education to meet the varying needs of educators in Ohio’s schools. The growth in our programs offers evidence that we are successful.”
