Complete and sign the top section of the guidance counselor recommendation. You will be prompted to download this recommendation form when finished completing this application. Give this form to your guidance counselor to be completed and sent to the Admissions office.
 

5. 

Have your guidance counselor send us your high school transcript with the recommendation.
 

6. 

Have your official ACT or SAT scores sent to us.
 

4. 

Have your high school and all college transcripts sent to us. (You must have at least a 2.0 college GPA.)

Have a transfer recommendation form sent to the Admissions office from each college/university you have attended. You will be prompted to download this form when you are finished completing this application.
