COVID-19 testing

Blanchard Valley Health System offers COVID-19 testing.

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, such as cough, difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat and new loss of taste or smell, you should seek diagnostic nasal swab testing.

Please contact your primary care provider who may place an order for testing if it is necessary.  If it is an emergency, please dial 911.

If you cannot reach your primary care provider or do not have a primary care provider:

  • Contact Bluffton Primary Care at 419-369-2280.
  • Visit urgent care at Physicians Plus or the emergency departments in Bluffton and Findlay. Patients will be seen by a provider on site and evaluated to determine if they require a COVID-19 test.

Appointments and a physician referral are required to receive a COVID-19 test from The Bluffton Hospital Triage & Testing Center. You must provide a doctor’s note.
