Bluffton joins Common App
Bluffton University joins The Common Application for 2018-2019
BLUFFTON, Ohio—Students applying to Bluffton University now have the ability to do so through The Common Application, an online college application platform that makes it easier for students in the United States and around the world to apply. More than three million college applicants, teachers and counselors use the platform each year.
The Common App allows students to fill out a single online form to apply to member colleges and universities, including Bluffton.
“At Bluffton, we strive to prepare students for lives of passion and purpose. We want to make the process to get here as easy and efficient as possible, so students can focus on what’s really important to them, finding the right fit. That’s why we joined the Common App,” said Erin Ostling Burkholder, director of admissions. “Many students from across the country and the world are already familiar with The Common App but haven’t been introduced to Bluffton. This will help us connect with one another.”
Students can create a Common App account at any time and accounts will roll over from year to year. Students interested in transferring to Bluffton can also use the Common App for transfer, a separate application designed to meet the needs of transfer and adult student populations.
