Temporary position master of social work program

POSITION SUMMARY:  

The Bluffton MSW program seeks a temporary, hourly employee to provide administrative and project support during June and July. This position averages approximately five hours per week and offers flexible scheduling based on departmental needs


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities may include:

  • Developing and organizing student field education files
  • Coordinating calendars for virtual and in-person student and agency visits
  • Monitoring completion of matches between students and field education placements
  • Assisting with the creation of materials to identify, orient, assign and support faculty field liaisons for the fall semester
  • Supporting the approval process for field education sites
  • Preparing agency affiliation agreements and coordinating signatures from agency representatives and institutional personnel, including the dean


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum:

  • Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree

Skill/Abilities:

  • Use of Google office tools, attention to detail, organizational skills
