Lee Augustine '67
Lee and his wife, Renee, spend socially distant time gardening, stacking & burning firewood, canning, making jelly, tapping maple trees & making syrup, swimming & walking, watching Laurel & Hardy movies with the “Sons of the Desert”, volunteering in Ellenville, NY – Renee volunteers her time at the Garden Club, hospital auxiliary, gift shop & food distribution, Lee is an assistant coach at the high school in soccer & basketball, and keeping Renee happy. They have three kids; Lucas, Rebecca and Emma. They are all gainfully employed and two have flown the coop. Lee continues to keep in touch with several Bluffton friends through Christmas letters or Facebook. Lee and Renee enjoy watching the NY Giants, NY Mets & Boston Celtics games on TV! He has two legacies at Bluffton which are the soccer team and the rule, that no pets are allowed in dorm halls, because of his hamsters that he gave out to other guys in the dorm.
