Bluffton offers three plans to help working adults complete a bachelor's degree:
Bluffton’s accounting degree-completion program seeks to increase career pathways for working adults who already hold an associate degree in accounting. Bring up to three years of course credit from any accredited college and complete your bachelors degree in one year.

Bluffton’s one-night-a-week program is focused on transferable skills for a variety of organizations. Develop a better understanding of your organization, recognize growth within your current role and be well-prepared for leadership opportunities.
- Online videoconferencing
- Degree completion in four semesters
- Courses align with Society for Human Relations Management certified professional requirements.
Complete your degree through Bluffton's nationally accredited, social work program with a degree completion plan designed for working adults.
- In-person evening social work courses
- Online general education courses
