Required tax forms
All new student employees at Bluffton University need to complete various tax forms in order to get paid. You will be asked to verify your citizenship via form I-9. Only certain ORIGNAL documents will be accepted. Review the list of acceptable documents below.
Return all completed forms to the business office, located in the lower level of College Hall, or email to Tracey Jordan at email@example.com.
- W-4 Form - Federal Withholding Allowance Certificate
- Ohio Department of Taxation
- Employee's Withholding Exemption Certificate
- Direct deposit
Bank account is required. Direct deposit forms are available on my.bluffton.edu.
- I-9 acceptable documents
