View from the sideThe auditorium is connected to the long rectangular classroom and exhibition wing by a breezeway. A free-standing colonnade runs along one side of this wing. (See below.) Wires attach it to the building, perhaps for climbing vines? (These photos were taken soon after the opening of the building).

Views from the rearBlind arcades on the side (with window in the bottom portion) of the building echo the free-standing arcade. Odd-shaped ornaments decorate the roof corners.
