Bring up the menu again and click Display. The options available will be Ball, Ball-Stick, Stick and Wireframe. Look at each of the display modes. Notice that you can also turn the displayed hydrogens on and off.
To call up models using each representation, click on the appropriate name.
Experiment with some of the other display modes.
