Theme: Leading in God's Strength - Discover and celebrate your God-given strengths at Y-LEAD 2008. Participants will use the Strength Finder assessment to reveal their top five strengths. Through worship, small group interaction, a variety of activities and fellowship participants will learn how to use their strengths and how to be empowered by them to increase leadership potential in church, school, and all aspects of life. Knowing your areas of strength can even help you find your vocational calling!
