Bluffton University Identification Cards

The technology coordinator's office, located behind the technology center in Centennial Hall, is responsible for the issuance of Bluffton University identification cards.

All Bluffton faculty, staff, and students MUST have an identification card. This card will allow you:

  • access to Musselman Library and Ohio Link resources

  • access to meal plans for eating in the Marbeck Commons

  • use of "beaver bucks" in Bob's Place, located in Marbeck (NOTE: beaver bucks can be added to your card anytime at the cashier's window at the business office, located in College Hall)

  • admission to Bluffton University events free of charge

  • discounts at various merchants and restaurants in Bluffton and surrounding communities

Future benefits may include such items as debit capabilities and building access.

To receive your Bluffton University identification card:
Contact the technology coordinator's office at ext. 3433 or email Ray Karcher. You will need to set up an appointment for when the ID photo can be taken. The identification card will be issued at that time.
