Field instructor Amanda Schroeder (LSW) with seniors Kari Day and Leah Wells. Ms. Schroeder is the Director of Community Resources for the Long-Term Care program at PSA3 Agency on Aging, Inc. in Lima, Ohio. Ms. Schroeder received her BSW from the University of Findlay in 2005 and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Ms. Dershem received her MSW from The Ohio State University and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
