Areas of misinformation that can become a stumbling block
Many of us are raised to believe:
All of these are okay in and of themselves, but in relation to grief, this misinformation causes us to bury our feelings and it can become detrimental.
Grief creates a lot of emotional energy and we're like teapots - meant to give off steam as it builds. Be careful how you release energy to avoid negative consequences.
