Attendance: President Jacob Kovach, Vice President Justin King, Treasurer Ryan Bidlack, Secretary Chad A. Bowsher

1. Voting Bill
    + Kovach running mates
       - people run for president and vice president together
    + King status to run
       - Kovach must be member
    + Kovach declare intent to run
       - have a form to fill out declaring intent to run
       - King suggests a debate between candidates

2. Work on Constitution
    + email constitution to officers
    + add to it/improve
    + define officers’ role

3. First Meeting
    + weekend after next

4. T-Shirts
    + setup committee after first meeting

5. Website
    + Kovach working on it
    + ask for anyone that can help at first meeting

6. Movies
    + Pros
       - have collection at our disposal
       - events
    + Cons
       - theft
       - storage
       - money
