All service hours are provided as "walk in" and students are seen on a first come, first serve basis unless an urgent need is presented. The busiest hours are generally the first and last hours of the clinic day.

Assigned to Bluffton University through contractual agreement with Blanchard Valley Health System; continuous consult is available with Bluffton Hospital Emergency Room Physicians during hours of service.
All services provided at the Student Health Care Center are FREE to students as these services are included in General Fees already paid. No insurance card is necessary.
STUDENT ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICE:
- Students enrolled in classes for the current semester when service is needed.
- Graduate assistants from any department working on campus.
Class attendance in relationship to Health Center:
A student is directly responsible to each of the instructors for all required work and class attendance. Excuses for medical reasons are not provided by the Health Center. Class attendance is a matter for direct discussion between the student and the instructor.
An accident and sickness insurance program with hospital coverage is available at a moderate rate on a voluntary basis. The health insurance excludes dental care and surgery but does include limited special laboratory tests and X-rays. Information on this insurance program is available from business office staff.
