Built in 1962, Bren-Dell Hall sits on the bank of the Riley Creek. The building is a divided hall and houses 95 men and women. It has three floors with each floor having a kitchen. A large study lounge is available on the second floor. A spacious main lobby is located off the building's main entrance with a computer area.
