The campus ministries program at Bluffton University is actively engaged in out-reach opportunities for students. Our Shining Through ministry team is able to provide services for churches, retirement communities and Christian schools through music and personal testimony. Shining Through is a group of 20 students who convey the message of God through personal testimony, scripture reading and contemporary style music. Available for morning or evening worship, the group can be responsible for all or portions of a worship service. Tig Intagliata, campus pastor, travels with the group and is willing to provide a semon as part of the program. Carla Wyant, 1980 Bluffton University alumna and professional musician, provides training and rehearsal support.
Shining Through has led services in churches, retirement communities and schools. The groups focus speaks to children, youth and adults. The 2008 theme is "Embracing the Kingdom"
