Fund-raising policies
University organizations wishing to sponsor fund-raising activities must receive permission to do so. If a fund raising activity involves the solicitation of on-campus people only, approval must come from the dean of students. If off-campus people are involved in the solicitation, approval must come from the vice president for advancement. Any type of lottery is considered to be an inappropriate method of raising funds.
