Senior Bob Day fired an 87 to lead the Beavers, while close behind were senior Josh Zechman and junior Andy Bixler, who both shot an 88. Senior Scott Coffman carded a 94 and sophomore Jeff Vincent shot a 103 in his first collegiate golf match.
Bluffton will be competing this weekend at the Heartland Conference championship hosted by Hanover College.
