Anderson 2, Bluffton 1 OT

   BLUFFTON, OHIO – The Bluffton College men’s soccer team (4-8, 0-3 HCAC) lost 2-1 to Anderson in double overtime on Saturday at the BC soccer field.

    Both teams found the goal during the first period of regulation play to have the score deadlocked 1-1 going into the second half. With no score in the second, the game went into overtime. At the 106th minute AU’s Adam Dancler found the quick goal to give the Ravens the victory.

   Leading the Beavers on the day was senior Diego Rodriguez (Kalona, Iowa/Iowa Mennonite) with the lone goal. Goalkeeper Ryan Thomas posted seven saves at goal for Bluffton. The Beavers will be back in action next Tuesday when they host Hiram College. Game time is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
