Bluffton blasts Taylor/Ft. Wayne 6-0 for 2nd straight win

Scoring three goals in each half, Bluffton College shutout Taylor/Ft. Wayne on Tuesday afternoon 6-0 in Indiana.

Senior Luke Archer and freshman Eric Stutzman both had a goal and an assist for Bluffton, while sophomore Derek Stemen collected four saves in his first shutout of the season.

The win was Bluffton's second in a row as BC improved to 4-11 overall.

The Beavers took 30 shots on goal in the match, while holding the Taylor/Ft. Wayne squad to just 11.

Also scoring a goal for Bluffton were Andrew Hornblower, John Risner, Jean-Paul Tiendrebeago and Mike More. Adding an assist were Chad Perry and Caspar Agyeman-Duah.

Bluffton will take on Concordia College on Thursday at 3:30 in the Sears Athletic Complex.
