Bluffton Football Community Service

Bluffton football makes community service a priority

Painting at the child development centerBluffton’s football team steps up when there is a need in the community which brawn can fill, whether it’s filling sandbags to prevent flood damage or landscaping the local nursing home/assisted living facility.

“The interaction that our student-athletes and staff have with the community is extremely important to us. It is our goal to give back to the community that we live in; to the community that supports us,” said Coach Tyson Veidt.

“We hope that this idea of being involved in something larger than ourselves will carry on even after college for our student-athletes,” said Veidt. “That community service will be a life-long goal for them and their families. “
