Ben Dodds named HCAC Player-of-the-week on offense

BLUFFTON, Ohio – Senior Ben Dodds (West Liberty/Bellefontaine) has been named offensive football Player-of-the-week for the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference for the week ending Oct. 2, 2005.
Dodds led the Beaver rushing attack with 152 yards and one touchdown during the 59-7 romp over Manchester College on Saturday, October 1. Ben is averaging 127 yards per game and 6.1 yards per carry to pace the attack for Bluffton this year. He has scored five touchdowns on the year as Bluffton stands at 2-3 (1-0 HCAC).
The Beavers will play host to Anderson University on Saturday, October 15 in the annual Homecoming game. Kickoff at Salzman Stadium is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
