Head Coach Rick Fee

In his fifth season as the head women's soccer coach at Bluffton College, Rick Fee has established a winning attitude and a contending team. His 21 collegiate head coaching victories make him the all-time leader in women's soccer victories since the program was founded in 1991. His 1995 and 1996 teams both posted six wins, the most in the eight seasons of BC women's soccer.

Fee is a 1973 graduate of Bluffton High School and has coached soccer at almost all levels of play. He coached the Bluffton High School girls club program to a pair of 13-0 seasons and posted several 10-0 seasons as a coach for Bluffton Family Recreation youth teams.

Crystal Bennett

Assistant Coach

A newcomer to the Bluffton College women's soccer program, assistant coach Crystal Bennett brings with her a wealth of national-level playing experience while a member of the Univeristy of Findlay women's soccer team. In her four-year career at Findlay her teams made four NAIA regional tournament trips and appeared in three NAIA national championship tournaments. A defensive player for the Oilers, she earned Academic All-American honors while earning her teaching degree.
