BC golfers play well

Last Saturday April 22nd, the Golf Team finished 5th out of 12 teams at the OSU-Lima Invitational. Robert Halker led the Beavers with a 76. Halker finished tied for 8th out of 58 golfers.

Also, competing for the Beavers were Aaron Barrett, Andy Bixler, Scott Coffman and Josh Zechman.

Earlier in the week the team competed in the Capital Invitational in Columbus. Leading the Beavers was Halker with a two-day total of 157. That was good enough to finish in the top 20. Halker shot a 76 on the second day. Barrett, Bixler, Coffman and Zechman also competed in the tournament.

Their next match is the HCAC tournament at Anderson, Indiana on May 5th and 6th.
