On a blustery day at Urbana on Thursday, April 6, the BC golf team finished 8th out of 12 teams. The conditions on the day were not very favorable. Is was extremely windy and at times there were 35 mph gust of wind.

Coach Curtiss said, "We played well at times. The key to our success is being consistent. We play a few good holes and then a few bad holes." Competing on the day for the Beavers were seniors Aaron Barrett and Robert Halker, junior Josh Zechman, sophomore Andy Bixler and freshman Louie Coduti.

Bixler led the Beavers with a score of 89.

"We have improved since the beginning of the season," remarked Curtiss, "We have 6 more matches and hopefully we will improve each time out."

The Beavers played on April 9th and 10th at their home course against the University of Findlay.
