Practicum sites are arranged so as to best accommodate students' interests and career goals. In past years, students have completed practicum placements at psychiatric hospitals, schools, prisons and churches. A description of these practicum placement sites is found below. Additional placements may include a research institute in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a residential treatment center for adults with developmental disabilities, a victim support program, a residential treatment program for sexual offenders, a crisis counseling center, as well as additional specialized sites that can be arranged based on student interests. If there is interest in any of the previous placements, let Pam know. She has site and supervisor evaluations from past years that are available to students to help in their decision about a site.
