Bluffton is the only private, liberal arts college in Ohio with a dietetics program. The dietetics program leads to a post-baccalaureate internship, dietetics registration and licensure.

The Bluffton program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Dietetics Education of the American Dietetic Association (120 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 2000, Chicago, IL  60606-6995).
