Bluffton to host poet’s reading

BLUFFTON, Ohio—Becca J.R. Lachman, a poet and a faculty member at Ohio University, will read from her work at 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, in the Musselman Library Reading Room at Bluffton University. The event, beginning with refreshments at 3:45 p.m., is free and open to the public.

A Mennonite from eastern Ohio, Lachman is the author of the 2012 book of poems, “The Apple Speaks,” and editor of the recent anthology, “A Ritual to Read Together: Poems in Conversation with William Stafford.” She also writes the blog, “Confessions of a Tattooed Mennonite.”
