The University Archives and Mennonite Historical Collections are best accessed by scheduling an appointment in advance of your intended date of visit so that we can prepare needed materials for your use and provide support for your research. Contact Carrie Phillips, Archives and Special Collections Librarian, at phillipsc@bluffton.edu or 419-358-3275 for more information about the collections or to schedule a visit.

Photocopying: Researchers visiting the University Archives and Mennonite Historical Collections will be asked to reimburse staff for any photocopies made for them during their visit (10 cents per page).

Photocopying for phone/email requests: Requests for photocopying received by phone or email and sent via US Mail will be charged 25 cents per page, which includes postage.

The Archives and Special Collections Librarian or her designee reserves the right to refuse to photocopy materials which would be damaged by photocopying or which are already in poor condition.
