In the First Person is an index to English language personal narratives, including letters, diaries, memoirs, autobiographies, and oral histories from archives and repositories around the world. It allows for keyword or in-depth field searching; the results link to full text and also provide pointers to audio and video files. This is a free database that can be used to find primary source materials available free on the web. Some content may link to subscription databases, including Women and Social Movements in the United States, part of the Musselman Library database collection. Updated regularly

Insurance Periodicals Index (IPI), formerly produced by the NILS Publishing Co., Inc. in cooperation with the Insurance & Employee Benefits Division (IEBD) of the Special Libraries Association (SLA), indexes and abstracts over 200 of the most respected and widely-read insurance industry journals and magazines, including the Journal of Risk and Insurance, and the Journal of Risk and Uncertainty.


International Bibliography of Theatre & Dance    FULL-TEXT CONTENT 

International Bibliography of Theatre & Dance represents the most comprehensive multicultural and inter-disciplinary research tool available to theater students, educators and professionals. Initiated by the American Society for Theatre Research, IBTD becomes a valuable component to EBSCO's list of subject-specific secondary databases covering the humanities. Since 1984, the Theatre Research Data Center (TRDC) at Brooklyn College has published 14 volumes of the IBTD. These volumes comprise a fully indexed, cross-referenced and annotated databank of over 60,000 journal articles, books, book articles and dissertation abstracts on all aspects of theatre and performance in 126 countries. As experts in the subject area, TRDC will continue indexing various titles for the database as well as coordinating international contributors.

International Political Science Abstracts (IPSA), produced by the International Political Science Association, includes current indexing and abstracts of the world's leading journals in political science. This database covers nearly 900 journals published from 1989 to the present.
