Thank you for giving us the opportunity to help you. There are several ways that you can contact a librarian for assistance, including a personal visit to the library, phone, email, chat, or scheduling an appointment. We would be happy to help you.

1. Visit us. Our reference desk is on the main floor of the library. As you enter from the stairwell, turn right and you will see the reference desk directly ahead down the hallway near the public computers. The reference desk hours are listed in the table on the right.

2. Call the reference desk at (419) 358-3450 (x3450 on campus). If we are away from the phone, please leave a message and we will return your call in a timely manner, contingent upon library hours.

3. Email the reference desk at referencedesk@bluffton.edu. A member of the library's reference team will answer your question in a timely manner, contingent upon library hours.

4. Chat with a librarian. Visit the OhioLINK Ask A Librarian page and chat in real time with a librarian from Bluffton or another OhioLINK library. Chat service hours for the academic year are listed in the table on the right.

5. Schedule an appointment. For more complex or in-depth research, or simply to be sure that a librarian is available when you come to the library, you can call the reference desk at (419) 358-3450 (x3450 on campus) to schedule an appointment with a librarian.
