Views of the front of this three-story, 60,000 square foot facility
The city hall plan is a triangle with the hypotenuse as the front. A semi-circular porch is embodied within the triangle on the front.
The glass curtain wall of the semi-circle is the real entrance into the building. It was designed to reflect the old courthouse.
