Master of Arts in Organizational Management

Bluffton's Master of Arts in Organizational Management can be completed in just two years, attending class just one night a week. The MAOM covers much of the same material as the MBA but includes a stronger focus on issues specific to leadership and provides an opportunity for more in-depth study of a topic of particular personal or vocational interest. Many organizations in the areas like public service, education and health care recognize and value the focus of the graduate level work done in the MAOM program.

Cohorts, which average 20 students, emphasize interactive, experiential learning rather than the traditional lecture. Our next groups will begin in August 2008, but interested students may get an early start by enrolling in three one-semester-hour short courses offered in spring semester of 2008.

The MAOM is offered in two convenient locations – Bluffton and Piqua.
