Consumer Services

Consumer science is the study of providing for the well-being of individuals and households in the context of how they are influenced by marketplace institutions and communities. Consumer science draws from fields such as family, sociology, psychology, communications, nutrition, housing and business.  This particular consumer services progam provides an emphasis on food and nutrition and the consumer aspects and the relationship bridging the business aspects of food to the wellbeing of today's families.
