Head football coach
Bluffton University, a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division-III institution which competes in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) is searching for a head football coach.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree though master's is preferred, five years of coaching experience at the collegiate level; experience with the operation of a summer camp, alumni cultivation; and demonstrated success in building and maintaining a successful football program.
Responsibilities for all aspects of the football program include; building and maintaining a winning program, recruitment/retention, student-athlete academic success, campus integration, supervising an effective staff of assistant coaches, budget management and supporting student-athlete success in accordance with university/HCAC/NCAA rules and regulations.
