Application Processing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bluffton University seeks a full-time Application Processing Coordinator for the Office of Admissions. The successful candidate will have demonstrated high level skills in data entry, computer proficiency and office organization. Associates degree in a related field and previous administrative assistant experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
In addition to general support staff duties, this position has primary responsibilities for managing and entering data for all student applications. Specific tasks include: preparing correspondence, filing, communicating with admissions staff and generating weekly/monthly reports.
