Marketing students present

Marketing major/minor

Members of the Marketing Management class propose a marketing plan.

Courses from business studies, communication, mathematics, art, psychology and sociology departments are incorporated into the required and elective courses for the marketing major. Marketing majors will have a concentration in either market research or promotions and branding. A marketing minor will also be available in fall 2012.

Students in upper-level courses will create marketing plans for a real companies and present plans to company leaders. Marketing related internships are available to qualified seniors.

Pete Suter, one of the primary marketing professors, is a small business owner with marketing and advertising experience.

This major can be completed in three years if you are a dedicated and ambitious student.
