If you know of links that ought to be on this site, please e-mail me ( sullivanm@bluffton.edu). When I could not find links or when I wanted a different emphasis from Chadwick's text, I have scanned our own slides. Since these are usually copyrighted images, they can only be used internally. and are password-protected. For ease of use, I have usually linked directly to images; however, at the bottom of the main chapter page or the "additional links" page I have given the site address so that designers of those pages can be given appropriate credit.
