The purpose of the Professional Enrichment Grant for Women is to assist female students in obtaining professional experience for an anticipated career. Students must be enrolled full-time and have junior, senior or fifth-year status. Typically, a PEG is awarded to a student only once in her academic career. Sometimes, consideration for sophomore students will be made. A faculty reference is required. It is up to the student to ask the professor to complete the online reference form.
Applications will be received annually Aug. 1 through May 1. There are a limited number of grants available each year and will be awarded on a first-come/first-served basis. If your application is approved by Women's Council you will be expected to provide verification of expenditure of funds.
