May Day activities began with the 26th running of the May Day Run to raise funds for the Bluffton University Alumni Association scholarship fund.

Yoder Recital Hall came alive with song by current and alumni choir and chorus members. The group sang under the direction of current and former music faculty members and later sang the traditional benediction to conclude the May Day Ceremony.

Following the May Day Ceremony, alumni and friends joined for a Reunion Luncheon. During the short program, the 50 year reunion class traditionally presents its class gift. This year, the class of 1956 presented a significant gift for the renovation of the Househower House for use as an alumni center.
