Bluffton University Women's Council held its first Women R&R, a day designed to give Bluffton's alumnae an opportunity to relax, reminisce and reconnect with college friends and to reach out to current female students in March 2010. The day was a success. Attendees enjoyed reconnecting with each other and with their alma mater. They also donated $700 to support the Women's Council Professional Enrichment Grant for Women—a grant to assist female students obtain professional experience in an anticipated career.
