Studies have shown that stress is a contributing factor to a wide variety of physical and medical ailments. You have it in your power to control your stress factors by practicing mindfulness. Come and learn from two experts how to begin your mindfulness practice today!
After lunch, you will have an opportunity to choose one or more activities to practice mindfulness. Please dress comfortably if you decide to participate in the Yoga session, and bring shoes or boots that are appropriate for an outdoor nature walk, should that be your choice in the afternoon.

Net proceeds from this conference, along with other gifts to the Women's Council, go into a Professional Enrichment Grant fund to assist female undergraduates at Bluffton to attend professional conferences. Thanks to the support of our donors and conference attendees, 14 students attended conferences with PEG funds during fall semester 2015.
